We have recently refurbished and decorated Wing 1 to a high standard which includes double glazing, suspended ceilings with 200mm insulation to cut down on electricity bills and cat 5 lighting. Car parking is free and there is 24/7 secure entry to the complex which is monitored by CCTV. Within the wing we currently have offices and suites available from 225 to 520 square feet.
Elsewhere in Trump House we have other offices/suites available from 125 to 8000 square feet which can be tailor made to fit your needs. This means that tenants can lease the space and adapt it to suit their needs. We have 2 offices which have been turned into music recording studios, while others have been modified to suit artists. A number of our premises are used by individuals and businesses for storage purposes.
All our rents are inclusive of buildings insurance and communal cleaning. There are no common charges and no hidden extras. All you pay is rent and electricity which is charged through your own individual meter at less than domestic tariffs. Rates can be applicable on office space, however in the majority of cases, small business relief applies.
Our newest development at Wing 3 is offering prospective tenants an office lease which includes all their electricity, rates, heating, lighting and rates. This wing has recently been refurbished to a high standard with new kitchen, appliances, toilets, LED lighting, Dimplex heaters and oak floored entrance with security system.
